Grief support group - online Grief is lonely, painful and very individual.. and at the same time very similar. Death has become a taboo, and it is difficult to express or process our grief. When we meet with death and lose our loved one, way too often we feel left alone with all kinds of questions and feelings. How does grief feel for you? In this group you’ll meet with people going through a similar process in a supportive and accepting atmosphere, to help you process your grief and to find strength for the everyday challenges. This group is for you if you recently lost someone close to you and you’d like to have a safe space to share your story, freely express your feelings and share your thoughts without judgement. The group meets online, biweekly for 10 occasions, on every other Tuesday from 6 PM to 8 PM (Budapest time/CEST). The first meeting is on the 10th of May 2022. You can join or leave the group until after the second meeting on the 24 th of May. After that, the group will be closed, and members commit to the 8 occasions left as a group. To participate in the group, we ask you to contribute between €10-15 per meeting (by own choice), which you can pay either per occasion or at once, via bank transfer.
